He later went on to say, ‘In a purely literal sense, perhaps she did not, but if you are preaching a sermon in a church on global warming, you are not chatting loosely with friends in a coffee shop, and invoking Chamberlain and appeasement in reference to those who do not share your views makes it fairly clear you want to invoke the unqualified moral authority of what followed appeasement, the Holocaust, on your side of the rhetorical ledger.’ You really can’t use that argument to lure support for a noble cause for climate change awareness and to fight it.

What’s wrong with being anti-NDP? They have done anything for us but ran several provinces into financial ruin.

1) He called Layton the most overrated politician (in reality, he’s very underrated, and often unfairly smeared).

2) He said we’re not allowed to debate Canada’s foreign policy in Afghanistan once troops have been sent (basically a Bushian authoritarian argument).

3) He said environmentalists are insane for comparing the destruction of the ecosystem and earth’s natural atmosphere with the Holocaust. It could very easily be worse, if destructive and hot-toxic pollution keeps being pumped out by the megaton indefinitely.

People think he’s left of center, but he’s only ran for Anti-NDP parties. He uses prestige jargon and overly dramatic tone & posturing to make his narrow views sound elitist, unquestionable, and untouchable.
